Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Confirmation Policy
To ensure the safety of our team and avoid arriving at unconfirmed appointments, all cleaning appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Any appointment that has not been confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
